Late last night, Shelly led a massive offline raid against “The CO-OP”: a group of peaceful villagers who build public works structures. The CO-OP was, up until that moment, allied with Shelly, and she ruthlessly put her knife in their back without any provocation whatsoever.

After seeing her betray two different groups two months in a row, it became clear that Shelly would always break every deal and alliance at her earliest convenience. The fragile non-aggression treaty between Shelly and the Government would inevitably be shattered one way or another.

Mr. President signed a declaration of war as forces from the CO-OP gathered, preparing for a joint operation which was both retaliatory and preemptive in nature. The assault was launched in broad daylight against Shelly’s main base, deep in the heart of her territory.

The Ministry of Intelligence knew that Shelly’s army was active and online, but proceeded with the assault anyway – standing in stark contrast to their enemy, who will only raid targets that are undefended and unmanned.
